You will oversee daily store functions, ensure policy compliance, maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and deliver friendly customer service. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom/sales floor to company standards.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise to meet productivity standards.
