Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a team in merchandising and freight processing. You will help with daily operations, customer interactions, and maintaining store presentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to company policies, with duties spanning stock, freight, and customer service. This is a full-time position at our Wisconsin location.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
