Dollar Tree is hiring a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Lexington, SC to support the Store Manager in leading a busy team and delivering excellent customer service. You will focus on merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations to meet company standards.

The role requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 30 to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking duties, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
