O’Reilly Auto Parts in Sanger, TX is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front showroom stocked, faced, and clean, greet customers, and assist with merchandise placement.

You will update displays, adjust planograms and price labels, run weekly stock checks, and support cashier duties or deliveries as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to read and follow planograms.
• Clear reading and writing of numbers and letters from multiple sources.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and register tasks.
• Spanish language skills are desired to serve a bilingual customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise.
• Keep stock displayed fronted and replenish shelves as needed.
• Check in and price merchandise and update sale signs per guidelines.
• Assist with weekly store inventory, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or assist with deliveries as business needs require.
