Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays to improve the shopping experience. You’ll build eye-catching product displays, assist customers when possible, and support merchandising projects across the store.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy to locate.
• Create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing and accessible.
• Engage with customers when opportunity arises and assist with product/warranty information.
• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product locations, including digital maintenance.
• Confirm pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Communicate priorities and schedules with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
