What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Gather and input information into promotional planning systems, communicating details to retailers and regions
  • Maintain accurate information related to assortment and shelf management in relevant systems
  • Communicate pricing guidelines and ensure correct input of pricing information alongside the Category Manager
  • Assist the Category Manager with planning, record-keeping, and filing processes
  • Serve as a liaison for customer requests and manage exception orders and data entry
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of retail and/or supply chain merchandising experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster effective business relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to input information accurately into multiple systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Basic understanding of business planning and category management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience in vendor support, including product sampling and logistics
