Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to stock, front, and maintain the showroom. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure displays are clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include updating planograms, changing price labels, and helping with weekly store tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple stock and merchandising tasks.
• Able to read, write, and accurately match numbers from various sources.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and point-of-sale tasks.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Fluency or willingness to learn Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist in locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays fronted and attractive.
• Update planograms and price labels; ensure sale signs are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and store inventories.
• Occasionally serve as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
