Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role linking Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience. You will craft eye-catching displays, ensure accurate pricing and signage, and help customers by locating products when opportunities arise.

You’ll perform merchandising resets, maintain planograms, and support store teams with project coordination. A part-time role with weekday schedules and comprehensive benefits is available.

Competenze

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation

Mansioni

• Ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate
• Create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise
• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update signage and ensure price labels are visible
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays
• Repair/replace damaged items and signage as needed
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service
