Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps connect Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in Lowe’s stores. You’ll build eye-catching displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand products, working with our Merchandising Services Team.

The role is part-time with a set weekday schedule and offers benefits including health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company‑matching 401(k) and ESPP, a 10% associate discount, and the Track to the Trades

Formación

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and digitally maintain this info.
• Confirm pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
