Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across stores. You’ll create attractive product displays while handling some customer engagement as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities include merchandising resets, price labeling, and collaborating with the team to drive add-on sales. Weekend shifts may be required for some roles. Requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and signage; maintain store signage digitally.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and optimizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage or merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
