Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate supports the Merchandising and Store Operations teams to create eye-catching displays and accurate pricing. You’ll spend time on displays, signage, pricing, and product flow, with occasional customer interaction.

Weekend shifts may be required in some roles, and benefits include health coverage and 401(k) options. Part-time position with a weekday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs with proof of completion
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and labels are present
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays
• Repair or replace damaged items and signage as needed
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service
• Perform other duties as assigned
