Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure stores have accurate signage, pricing, and displays, creating eye-catching product layouts to improve the shopping experience.

The role primarily involves non-customer time but may assist customers; you will work with Merchandising Services Team to complete resets, update wayfinding, and support weekend schedules with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
