Job summary

Home Center in California seeks a merchandising reset associate to execute planograms, restock shelves, and build displays. You will partner with store staff to maintain merchandising excellence and report observations to the Home Center Account Manager.

The role requires daily travel, a valid driver’s license, and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; retail customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret store schematics and planograms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform resets and implement planograms in assigned stores.
• Remove discontinued or slow-moving items from shelves.
• Retag products and create in-store displays.
• Stock sections and maintain merchandising standards.
• Document work using web apps and track time and mileage.

Position Summary: Responsible for representing Capital, effectively working in teams or individually to perform resets and other work including, but not limited to, reading and implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, corrections, and inventory activity. Position based out of our Healdsburg branch, but requires daily travel, focusing on supporting our North bay customers.
