Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate, ensuring products are easy to locate and visually appealing. You’ll create displays that are safe and accessible, with limited customer interaction but opportunities to assist when needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to Lowe’s merchandising standards, and contributing to a productive store environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
