Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to join our team in-store. You will help ensure displays are eye-catching, prices are correct, and signage is accurate so customers can find products easily.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may assist customers when opportunities arise. You will work with the Merchandising Services Team to complete resets, verify items for shipping, update signage, and drive add-on sales through strategic staging of clearance

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing and labels are visible and accurate.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged items and signage as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback to leaders.
