Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate supports the Merchandising Services Team to create eye-catching displays and accurate signage across Lowe's stores. You will help ensure products are easy to locate and displays are safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Most tasks are back-end with occasional customer interaction. You'll work with a weekday schedule, access benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) with company match, and associate discount.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
