Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate supports merchandise display, signage, pricing accuracy, and store presentation. The role combines independent tasks with occasional customer interaction to help shoppers locate and learn about products.

You’ll work with a team to execute merchandising resets, maintain planograms, and ensure displays are safe and visually appealing. A part-time schedule offers benefits and growth opportunities within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding signage and digital information in-store.
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and replace if missing.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
