Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in Lowe's stores. You will build displays, ensure accurate signage, and support product placement across the floor.

You may interact with customers occasionally and will be expected to listen and respond to inquiries, manage pricing visibility, and assist in locating merchandise. This is a part-time role with benefit options in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to listen, communicate verbally, and follow directions.
• Operate web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Stand and sit for long periods as part of the shift.
• Lift up to 25 lbs solo; team lifts allowed for heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, or displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback to leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
