Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product displays. You will create safe, visually appealing layouts and assist customers when opportunities arise, contributing to a well-organized, welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes merchandising resets, inventory checks, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to meet Lowe's standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
