Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the store. You will create eye-catching displays and support merchandising projects that highlight in-demand products, with limited customer interaction.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication with the Merchandising Services Team and Store operations. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Lowe's sales floor experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital info.
• Confirm product pricing information is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with team/manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
