Lowe's Home Centers, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate, helping customers find products quickly and safely. You will create eye-catching displays, support merchandising resets, and work with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clean visuals, and reliable execution in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digital maintenance of this information throughout the store.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
