Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, helping customers locate merchandise with ease.

Most duties are behind-the-scenes merchandising, with occasional customer interaction. The role offers a set weekday schedule, health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company‑matched 401(k) and ESPP, a 10% associate discount, and access to Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and labels are not missing.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, or displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
