Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate in Clarksburg, WV helps keep store signage, pricing and displays accurate for easy product location. You’ll create attractive, safe displays and assist customers when opportunities arise.

The role supports a part-time schedule with access to health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase program, and a 10% associate discount. Training is provided by the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding signage and digital product location data.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
