Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive sales through timely merchandising, assist with inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role combines strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills, with compensation in the $30k-$60k range and uncapped commissions. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.
• Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management.
• Plans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricing.
• Displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Maintain company assigned plan-o-grams accurately.
• Answers phones and assists customers.
• Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers.
• May balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card payments.
• May cross train to perform other duties.
