Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive sales through marketing and merchandising programs, manage inventory levels, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes executing plan-o-grams, handling signage, and ensuring accurate pricing.

The position involves daily merchandising tasks, receiving products, and assisting with receipts and cross-training opportunities. This is a full-time role focused on storefront operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years as Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and communicate professionally.
• Strong computer skills and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk as required.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management.
• Plans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricing.
• Promptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Maintain company assigned plan-o-grams accurately.
• Answers phones and assists customers.
• Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers.
• May balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card payments.
• May cross train to perform other duties.
