The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling all the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, including days, nights, and overtime based on business needs.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately complete planograms and resets in a timely manner.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value while Appreciating the customer.

Ensure the customer has a shopping experience that stands out from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed to support district operations.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register); forklift and baler use may be age-restricted.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand, walk, reach overhead, and move merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
