Become a part of our team as a Merchandising Sales Associate at Tractor Supply Company. This role involves traveling within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to stores within your district to perform tasks from start to finish, including planograms and resets.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform store-specific measurements, cycle counts, and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Deliver excellent customer service following the GURA model: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Support other duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings with moderate noise.
