The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, or as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store inventories and cycle counts accurately.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise; generally hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, kneeling, and reaching.
