The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks, including planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing coverage during peak times, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, vary by store.
• Travel between stores in your personal vehicle is required.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment, following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt, with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed across the district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete training successfully.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate a vehicle.
• Be constantly mobile throughout the store and outdoor areas.
