Overall Job Summary: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, hanging signage, assembling merchandise, and delivering excellent customer service following GURA principles.

Required Qualifications: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count is necessary.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; ability to resolve issues ethically; self-directed with minimal assistance.

Working Conditions: Typically indoor with moderate noise, shifts vary, travel between stores using personal vehicle, adherence to safety guidelines, and working on various surfaces and outdoor lots.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, stand, walk, kneel, reach overhead, and handle merchandise safely throughout the store. Must have the stamina for a non-sedentary role.
