Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that sets us apart from the competition.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during special events.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Travel between stores in personal vehicle required.
• Work shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel and lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
• Operate vehicles and perform physical tasks quickly and safely.
