The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete assignments.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts vary, generally 4+ hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle often required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift/reach overhead; stand, kneel, crouch, squat, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry; complete training; operate store equipment.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; driving; standing, walking, reaching overhead; move merchandise throughout the store.
• Must have physical and mental stamina for store movement and outdoor areas.
