Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Representative to service retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. You will work on a weekly or bi-weekly basis with 2–7 hours per week, and workload will vary.

The role includes in-store merchandising, reporting via a mobile app, and building relationships with store staff. The position offers paid training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and optional benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations within a store environment.
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of home.
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
• Regular access to a smart device with data plan and photo upload capability.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communications skills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools (screwdriver, box cutter, hammer).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking, auditing placement, tagging items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including photos and answers to project questions.
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company goals.

Compensation:
