Job summary

Channel Partners invites applications for a Part-Time Merchandising Representative. You will service retail stores within a 15-mile radius, handling stocking, displays, auditing, and reporting via a mobile app. Scheduling is 6–11 hours weekly with scope for varied hours across seasons.

Compensation starts at $13.25 per hour with in-store and online training, paid drive time, mileage, and a range of benefits. This role offers growth across part-time and full-time positions in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities
• Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality
• Active email address and phone with voicemail
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, box cutter and hammer
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos
• Make routine decisions, escalate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers
• Lift up to 60% of the time: up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stairs, escalators or elevators as needed
• Frequently, 30% - 60% of the time: lift up to 25 pounds, stoop and bend, kneel and crouch, reach above and below shoulder level
• Occasionally, less than 30% of the time: lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs as needed

Description:

As an employee of Channel Partners, you will be assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly and/or one-time basis. You will be responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to be scheduled 6-11 hours each week. Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year.

Compensation:

Employees are paid an in-store and online training hourly rate of $13.25 per hour
