Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a motivated team member to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You will help maintain organized stockrooms, rotate backstock, and ensure merchandise is accurately tagged and ready for sale.

Responsibilities include training peers, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and contributing to a positive customer experience while supporting store goals and policies. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise and communicate priorities to the team.
• Support management in achieving labor and shrink goals while upholding policies.
