Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate in Cottage Grove, MN. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience with a clean, organized store.

You will train Associates, organize back stock, and support the store team to meet goals while following safety, shrink, and labor policies. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to train others and adapt to changes in direction.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and provide excellent customer service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor productivity and assist with back stock organization and replenishment.
• Uphold safety, labor, and loss-prevention policies.
