Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a pricing and merchandising associate to maintain store pricing integrity and merchandising standards. The role handles TOD pricing, SKU labeling, and returns processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide customers with product knowledge, create and replace price tags, and collaborate with managers on SKU changes and stock movements. This is a full-time/part-time position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Year of retail sales experience or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using Tags-On-Demand (TOD) mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to the sales floor.
• Comply with safe lifting SOPs.
• Assist customers as a product knowledge expert and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage with updated prices.
• Return products to correct home locations after customer returns.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Email in-store moves and non-scanning SKU products.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to determine SKUs, price changes, and returns.
