Job summary

Palmetto State Armory in Columbia, SC is seeking a Merchandising Associate I to lead pricing and merchandising efforts across digital channels, driving direct-to-consumer revenue and margin growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online and retail assortments, promotional calendars, bundles, and product strategies while building pricing dashboards and KPI reports for key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the relationship between products, sales, marketing and the account base.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, BI and PowerPoint.
• Fundamental understanding of ERP systems and project management software.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and margins.
• Help lead merchandising strategy and execution on all digital channels, especially email.
• Aid in merchandising to align online and retail assortment, promotions, and bundles.
• Work with digital marketing on promotions and advertisements.
• Apply pricing techniques to achieve business goals.
• Provide analysis and reporting for KPIs such as sales, margin, and sell-thru.
• Forecast department, brand, and SKU level sales to guide merchandising.
• Create dashboards to monitor pricing KPIs and promotions.
• Manage pricing updates in ERP and Ecommerce platforms.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and maintain product data accuracy.
