Nuuds is seeking a Merchandising & Planning Associate in Dallas to manage product data, lifecycle processes, and reporting while aligning with Planning, Product Development, and Design. You will contribute to seasonal decisions and inventory strategies, supporting growth with rigorous data management and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in merchandising or retail operations, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Most clothes make you think twice. nuuds makes getting dressed easy, so you can walk out the door with confidence. We design clothes for real life and real bodies, through every stage, every season, every version of you. We obsess over fabric, fit, and feel so that getting dressed stops being a decision and becomes the easiest part of your day. nuuds is approachable, elevated essentials made to meet you exactly where you are.
We're growing fast and building a team that's as thoughtful, real, and bold as the brand itself. As a lean team with ambitious plans for continued growth, we understand that our people are the foundation of everything we build.
The OpportunityThe Merchandising & Planning Associate is a critical connective role, ensuring product data, reporting, and cross-functional materials stay accurate, current, and aligned across Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, and Design. This role owns the operational rigor behind both product strategy and financial execution — from item setup and sample management to sales/margin reporting and inventory tracking — while also keeping a pulse on the competitive landscape to inform seasonal decision-making.
This is a role for someone with 2–5 years of relevant experience who is looking to grow. nuuds is scaling quickly, and we're looking for someone who can operate with rigor in the day-to-day while building the judgment and business context to take on more strategic ownership as the role — and the company — evolves.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs nuuds scales, this role is expected to grow in scope — from executing reporting and data management today toward greater ownership of competitive strategy input, cross-functional process design, and eventually a more senior Merchandising or Planning track, depending on where the person's strengths and interests lead.
