Job Overview

As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you are a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, delivering a great shopping experience. Your role involves building displays and implementing strategies to showcase products, working with our Merchandising Services Team.

Daily Tasks

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects
• Verify and prepare buyback items for shipping
• Maintain signage and digital information
• Ensure product pricing visibility
• Stage clearance products and ensure proper display placement
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays
• Communicate project needs with team and managers
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Proficiency with web-based programs
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales floor merchandising
• Ability to read planograms and set up displays
• Experience with power equipment and tools
