Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Merchandising Operations Support to assist the merchant organization and distribution centers. The role is full-time and on-site in the New York area, with typical 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM hours and opportunities for temp-to-perm conversion.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Familiarity with merchandising or warehouse systems is a plus.

Our client is a retail company seeking a Merchandising Operations Support professional to support the merchant organization and distribution centers.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Merchandising Operations Support role provides support to the merchant organization and distribution centers by helping resolve issues that occur during the receiving process. This is a full-time role, and the ideal candidate will work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities of the Merchandising Operations Support:

• Serve as a liaison between merchants and distribution centers.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support the troubleshooting process.
• Utilize merchandising and warehouse systems.
• Review basic merchant reports, including item sales and orders.
• Understand distribution center processes.
• Build relationships with distribution center partners.

Required Experience/Skills for the Merchandising Operations Support:
