Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Merchandising Operations Associate for our New York area stores to support merchandise flow, presentation, and store operations. You will help deliver a strong customer experience by processing and replenishing merchandise and assisting customers and sales-floor teams.

Responsibilities include replenishing stock, maintaining displays and back-of-house areas, handling transfers and markdowns, and utilizing inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse duties in retail or sales environments.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of fashion industry and inventory management systems.
• Ability to use radios, POS registers, ticket scanners and sensor removers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
