DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an administrative support specialist to assist the Buyer with day-to-day operations in the buying department. You will handle data entry, report generation, purchase orders, sample management and vendor follow-up to ensure timely product launches.

Work includes coordinating advertising materials, maintaining systems, and collaborating with eCommerce for content and imagery. Associate's degree and retail data experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Data entry, report generation experience preferred.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Organize, collect, distribute and submit advertising materials for the Buyer as needed.
• Maintain reports and spreadsheets; extract data from internal systems and format it for use.
• Create and maintain product styles in Primo! System.
• Manage life-cycle of product entries and purchase orders in the system; coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate price change reviews and enter data into pricing systems; track permanents and markdowns.
• Coordinate with the eCommerce team for images and content.
• Sample management including procurement and submissions to advertising.
