Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support role to assist the Buyer/Senior Buyer with day-to-day operations in the buying department. You will handle data entry, report creation, purchase order input, and sample management to keep merchandising on track.

The position involves collaborating with the eCommerce team, managing styles in Primo!, and following up with vendors to ensure timely orders and pricing accuracy. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree; 1–3 years of data entry and reporting experience is a plus.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Organize, collect, and submit advertising materials for the Buyer as needed.
• Enter data into ad planning system and maintain records.
• Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets to support the business.
• Extract data from internal systems (ISVM, MAP) and format it for use.
• Manage life-cycle of product setup and purchase orders in the system.
• Coordinate with vendors on order entry and receipt of merchandise.
