Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Naples, FL is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise processes, including inbound processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment on the selling floor. You will deliver customer service, assist with store projects, locate merchandise, and ensure standards of presentation.

Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong computer skills, and a flexible schedule; driving could be required at times.

Qualifications

• Able to lift cartons and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain merchandising standards on the selling floor.
• Proficient with computers and devices (RF guns, PC, iOS).
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Driver's license to operate company vehicle (select locations).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate in store projects including fill in of merchandise, floor recovery and replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customers' needs.
