Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise operations including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment on the selling floor. Under supervision of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, you will help ensure accurate merchandising and timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to learn and retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards.
• Must have strong computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and various proprietary platforms)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate in other store initiatives during peak business periods, including floor recovery and replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customers' needs.
