Job summary

The Analyst-Merchandising Operations role is based at Lowe's corporate headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. You will support run-the-business efforts, vendor onboarding, reporting, data governance, and tech enablement to help Merchandising Operations succeed.

You will collaborate with merchants and vendors, produce timely insights from reports, and participate in process improvements and project work, while ensuring alignment with Lowe's standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in developing, designing and operating business solutions in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Analytics-Run the Business and basic consulting; read reports and internal/external applications.
• Builds relationships and meets SLAs; reliable and resourceful to solve challenges.
• Communications with merchant partners; day-to-day point of contact.
• Handle run-the-business issues and escalate when needed.
• Read and act on reports; provide input for improvements.
• Test and support technology solutions; contribute to project work.
• On-board and train new users on best practices for merchandising information systems.
