Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to supervise a team of Merchandisers, coordinating daily routes and ensuring merchandise execution aligned with company standards. This role emphasizes strong communication and reliable performance in a dynamic retail environment.

The position requires training and coaching responsibilities, route planning, and relationship building with store contacts across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Merchandiser team, including hiring, training, ongoing coaching & development, scheduling, performance reviews and terminations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Merchandisers throughout the day to ensure they remain on schedule and provide support as needed.
  • Audit store accounts to ensure Company standards are met and to identify opportunities to expand distribution of new and existing products.
  • Regularly visit store accounts to verify product rotation and merchandising execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term loyalty.
  • Schedule Merchandiser routes and ensure route efficiency within designated territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., sales teams) to strengthen alignment with customer needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Working Environment

Work is primarily performed in a store environment. Individuals must be able to operate a tablet or PC, as well as a two-wheel dolly and pallet jack.
