Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership is seeking a merchandising associate to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move items from storage to the floor across assigned accounts.

You will maintain backroom organization, build store-level relationships, and keep displays fresh to maximize sales, with evening, weekend, and holiday hours expected. Weekend availability is required to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at required level.
• Valid driver's license and insurance (not required for ages 16–17 on single account).
• Reliable transportation to accounts.
• Pallet jack or forklift certification where necessary.
• Knowledge of general merchandising.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to merchandise products within all format accounts. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, stocking, and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Working Environment

Work generally takes place in a store setting. Individuals must be able to operate a tablet or PC, as well as a two-wheel dolly and pallet jack.
