Job summary

McCormick & Company is hiring a Merchandising Manager in Hunt Valley, MD (hybrid). The role supports the US Consumer organization by translating strategic in-store merchandising requirements into timely design and execution, while working within divisional budgets.

The incumbent will oversee the US IAR process and drive compelling visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing/sales with 3+ years in merchandising, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of professional marketing/sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in merchandising, visual merchandising, or related display design.
• Strong understanding of display design principles, planograms and product presentation.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of US Consumer merchandising requirements, including complex floor displays and displays.
• Manage timelines, milestones and checkpoints to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee capitalized and expensed costs for merchandising vehicles and drive cost savings.
• Act as liaison between field sales, trade marketing, marketing, procurement and suppliers.
• Own Special Initiative Programs and oversee cross-functional teams.
